Kelly and Lachlan - 9/03/2019
VENUE: Australian Native Garden, Parkville and East Elevation, Brunswick
PHOTOGRAPHER:Duuet
TESTIMONIAL: "What can we say! Our flowers absolutely blew us away. Not only did Laine run around like crazy on the day for us, we were able to use our arbor flowers from our bridal table to try and minimise usage. I gave her a lot of creative freedom (well I thought so!) and she absolutely nailed it. An absolute pleasure to work with her and her team and I could not recommend her highly enough. You will not be disappointed."

Kelly and Lachlan were married in the Australian Native Garden in Parkville on 9 March 2019, and then celebrated with their family and friends at the very hip East Elevation in Brunswick.
Kelly was a relaxed bride but knew exactly what she didn't want - no silvery or blue foliage of any form whatsoever! But aside from that we were given absolute freedom within her white and green colour palette to create her bouquets, wedding arbour and reception arrangements. Given the Native Garden location of her wedding we were able to include green and nutty gum in her bouquet (not blue gum!) as a nod to the setting, paired with white roses, dahlias and green hanging amaranthus. Ivy berry foliage mimicked the colour of possibly the best wedding accessories we have ever seen - look at those emerald green feather shoes!
It was tight timing, but we managed to repurpose and restyle Kelly and Lachlan's arbour flowers as their head table arrangement. East Elevation has already brought the outside in with a multitude of plants and ferns, so we just amped this up with mismatched glassware on guest tables containing an array of florals in whites and greens.
