Leslie and Alistair were married at one of my favourite venues, The Riverstone Estate, on 5 March 2023. It was an overcast day, but that just makes for amazing images in this beautiful setting.
Leslie was set on having an oversized round arbour on the side of the hill, with the mountain back drop. Created using masses of eucalyptus, olive and wattle foliage we accented the arbour with pops of white roses, dahlia, babies breath orchids and delphinium and placed the venue's wine barrels in the background to lend to the couples rustic, vintage theme (but also to provide a bit of support on a very windy day!).
Leslie carried a bouquet of predominately dahlias and roses with a feature orchid, while bridesmaids bouquets were kept simple and matching. I personally love the steel grey tones created with the foliage, blending so well with the vintage furniture provided by Always Eventive, and captured perfectly by DUUET.
