Madeleine and Ricky were married on the grounds of Russo Estate under the beams of a natural wooden arbour that was so beautiful it required no decoration. They then continued their celebrations with family and friends at a cocktail style reception which we hear was a real party!
The bridesmaids wore very deep wine coloured gowns, and the flower girls had coordinating sashes, so we featured giant burgundy dahlias and "Hearts" burgundy roses alongside rich green foliages of various textures and sweet smelling ivory "Amy Lou". The addition of Queen Anne's Lace and seeded gum added to the texture. All in all, the style was rustic and natural to harmonise with the rural beauty of the location, even though we were only 25 minutes of out Melbourne.
As guests were celebrating cocktail style, reception arrangements were kept fuss free with small clusters of bud vases and jars featuring flowers to coordinate with the bouquets, with a feature arrangement placed on the bridal table used for speeches.
