COLOUR PALETTE and STYLE: elegant whites and greens, pops of gold and lots of candles! VENUE: Gardens House, Royal Botanic Gardens and Harbour Room, St Kilda PHOTOGRAPHER: Blumenthal Photography TESTIMONIAL: " The room looked absolutely STUNNING!! The floral was gorgeous and the candles gave the room an amazing vibe. Everything was placed flawlessly. Thank you so much for making our big day so memorable!!" - Shani and Tim Remember to click on "read more" below for the full article and more beautiful images from their big day. Shani and Tim were married on Saturday 24 March on a very soggy Melbourne day, but that certainly didn't dampen anyones spirits. The team at Floral Accent staged a wet t-shirt competition whilst styling the ceremony arbour at Gardens House, which featured lush green foliage, with accents of ivory and pops of metallic gold. Bouquets were elegant puff balls of white roses and lisianthus, with the bridesmaids bouquets including hints of antique lilac.
The reception was held at Harbour Room, St Kilda where a 7m floral garland adorned the bridal table, and guest tables were styled with a mixture of table top tower arrangements and garlands. Adding intimacy were over 100 pillar candles!! Shani and Tim's arbour flowers were repurposed as entrance flowers to their reception. This is a great way to maximise the impact of your floral on your big day, without breaking the budget. Talk to us at your consultation about how we can achieve similar things on your wedding day.
